At the Bureau, we have Business Analysts (BAs) operating in different areas - the core BA Team sitting within the Business Analysis Capability (BAC), contractor BAs assigned to specific projects, and Professional Services BAs to manage surge capacity.

BAs are used in projects to ensure the underlying problems are understood and addressed and that the required changes are achieved. They do this by defining the needs of stakeholders and defining and recommending solutions in partnership with IT to deliver value to stakeholders.

The Bureau's BAC will help support development of business analysis deliverables at every stage of the project. If you'd like to find out more about Business Analysis at the Bureau, visit our SharePoint site
