This module is part of the Intermediate Customer Engagement training suite and will develop skills, knowledge and behaviours in:

  1. Describing the Bureau's product marketing process and product management lifecycle 
  2. Adopting the Bureau's customer engagement principles and product management principles. 
  3. Developing value propositions, including the use of jobs, pains and gains technique 
  4. Acquiring and sharing customer knowledge to inform selection and development of Bureau products and services. 
  5. Applying concepts of customer value and customer advocacy when dealing with customer, partners and stakeholder. 
  6. Applying the Australian government charging framework when costing products and services.
