Under ICAO Annex 3, all forecasters providing a meteorological
service to international air navigation must demonstrate proficiency against the competencies defined by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO). This course is designed to be holistic and addresses all elements of Aeronautical Meteorological Forecaster
Competency.
