This case study provides guidance to support to customer facing roles on how to prepare and complete a Customer Relationship and Engagement Plan (Plan) for managed customers This guideline is to be used in conjunction with the Customer Relationship and Engagement Plan.

It covers the impact-based flood forecasting proof of concept with Andrew Preece who is the Senior Flood Forecaster for Hazard Preparedness and Response Team East covering Queensland and NSW in Decision Support Services at the Bureau.
