This module is part of the Customer Engagement - Intermediate suite and will develop skills, knowledge and behaviours in the following:

  1. Negotiating agreement specifics with customers
  2. Completing the Bureau's agreement requirements   
  3. Completing agreement execution    
  4. Confirming service to be provided

Before commencing this module, you must be familiar with the following:  

      • The Bureau's Customer Engagement: Impact and Value Policy
      • Developing a Customer Relationship and Engagement Plan
      • The Manage Bespoke Customer Opportunities Guideline: Convert and Close Opportunity

You must have also completed:

      • Communication: beyond the basics module
      • Aligning products and services to needs module
      • Customer problem solving and negotiation module
