The Hub Core Competencies describe the preferred baseline level of competency for technical hub staff. Technical hub staff who have not completed all Core Competencies can still perform their role at the Hub Manager's discretion, following a risk assessment.

Competency and training requirements needed to complete on-site tasks have been categorized into 2 levels of complexity: C1 and C2.

  • Understand what skills are relevant and how to achieve them
  • Link directly to courses, assessments and related material
  • Submit evidence of current/prior training or experience
  • View and update your training records directly
