Surface Networks: Siting and Exposure Framework

The Surface Networks: Siting and Exposure Framework describe the collection, naming and uploading of station Metadata from surface observing network sites during siting and exposure assessments; Updating or confirmation of station details, contacts, and stationery; Investigating, assessment and reporting recommendations for new Surface Network sites.  

Competency and training requirements needed to complete on-site tasks have been categorized into 3 levels of complexity: C1, C2, and C3.
